Job Description
Shive-Hattery is seeking a Senior Architect/Project Manager to join their Kansas City, MO office. The role involves developing and implementing business development strategies, managing design projects, and leading teams in federal, justice, and civic projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong business mindset, collaborative approach, and a passion for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 8 to 15+ years of experience in architecture
- Formal education in architecture or related field (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree)
- KS or MO license or ability to obtain it
- Proven track record of business development
- Expertise in the design process
