Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Project Manager (TPM) with experience in traditional project management and Agile practices. This role will oversee the planning and execution of technical initiatives, ensuring alignment across engineering, product, and business teams.

Requirements

• 4+ years of project management experience delivering technical or software development projects
• 2 years of experience managing technical or software development projects and leading Agile teams
• Understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and project management principles
• Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar
• Ability to work effectively with engineering teams and translate complex technical concepts for business stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple initiatives
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
