LJK Investigations is seeking an experienced Criminal Defense Private Investigator to join their team in Austin, TX. The role involves conducting investigations related to criminal defense cases, including witness interviews, crime scene investigations, and background checks.

Conduct investigations, analyze evidence, organize case files, conduct surveillance, collect evidence, interview witnesses, research public records, write reports, testify in court, and maintain confidentiality.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in private investigations and/or Law Enforcement
• Active Private Investigator License - state of Texas
• Residency in the state of Texas
• Strong knowledge of criminal defense laws and regulations
• Excellent analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Maintain Process Server Certification
• Reliable transportation
