Job Description
Sidecar Health is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to lead the growth of our broker channel in the Houston region. This role will require building deep relationships with brokers, GAs, and distribution partners, as well as identifying new growth strategies and delivering an exceptional partner experience.
Requirements
- 4+ years of sales experience within healthcare, benefits, or adjacent industries
- Bachelor's degree
- Proven ability to generate and develop new opportunities
- Strong relationship-building and influencing skills
- Track record of meeting or exceeding growth or revenue goals
- Experience using market data and competitive insights
