Senior Test Engineer

Role Overview

As a Senior Test Engineer, you will lead complex and critical testing projects, develop sophisticated test plans, and mentor junior engineers. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on test strategies and requirements. The role involves extensive system testing, assessing a broad spectrum of mission equipment, and ensuring they meet design and functionality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's of Science in Engineering or related field
• 10+ years of experience in test engineering or a related role
• Expert understanding of test and evaluation principles and methodologies
• Thorough understanding of engineering principles and practices
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary design and development teams
• Advanced Knowledge of requirements management, system design, and systems integration
• Demonstrated experience planning, conducting, and documenting Verification and Validation (V&V) activities
