Sr Project Engineer

We are looking for a Sr Project Engineer to assist in developing and implementing the strategy for multiple integrated plans for product development. The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of progressive engineering experience in the aerospace and defense industry, with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering. The role involves leading multidisciplinary engineering teams, managing project scope, schedule, and budget, and ensuring designs meet all requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, Systems, or related).
• 12+ years of progressive engineering experience in the aerospace and defense industry.
• Proven success leading systems integration projects on complex aerospace platforms, preferably commercial derivative aircraft.
• Expertise in applying systems engineering principles, including requirements decomposition, system architecture, and Verification & Validation (V&V).
• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence multidisciplinary design and development teams.
• Proficiency in project management, including developing and managing schedules, budgets, risk, and resources.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance.
• Experience supporting international aerospace programs, including direct involvement with U.S. Export Controls (ITAR/EAR) and foreign certification authorities.
