Job Description
Sierra is seeking a Strategist, Agent Development to build, design, and refine AI agents that handle thousands of customer conversations. The role involves partnering with product and engineering teams, leveraging product strategy, conversational design, and customer insights to create high-quality agents. This is a remote position within their growing agent development team in San Francisco, Atlanta, New York, and London.
Requirements
- Outstanding communication skills to convey technical information.
- Strong understanding of software development, product management, and engineering principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Degree in a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
