Human Resource Generalist

The Human Resources Generalist is a trusted HR partner for managers and employees, supporting the delivery of HR programs and services with flexibility and discretion.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field
• 3+ years of HR related experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment; union experience is a plus
• Self-motivated, assertive, positive attitude
• Critical thinking, problem recognition, and solving skills
• Experience with Paycom, ADP or similar timekeeping and HRIS system
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Effective written, oral, and presentation skills communication skills
