• Achieve a best-in-class first-time fix rate.
• Respond to service requests within AA Service Co's defined time frame.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC equipment issues.
• Meet or exceed monthly service revenue targets.
• Successfully enroll customers in service agreements.
• Maintain a high level of productivity.
• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
• Demonstrate continuous improvement in technical skills.
• Maintain accurate records in the Service Titan platform.
• Collaborate effectively with team members.
• Uphold professional communication and appearance.
• Maintain a consistent record of punctuality and attendance.
