Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapist Assistant program, Current COTA license required, Current CPR certification required
Registered Nurse - PRN
Bachelor's degree in nursing, current RN licensure in the state, 6 months experience in a long-term care environment
Cook
High school diploma or equivalent, ServSafe Food Safety Certification, and 6 months of experience in large quantity food preparation
LPN
Graduate of accredited LPN School of Nursing, valid LPN license, and valid CPR certification
CNA I Night Shift
High school diploma or equivalent, CNA certification, CPR certificate, 6 months long-term care experience
HR/Payroll Coordinator
1 year HR/payroll experience, high school diploma/equivalent required, Bachelor's degree in HR/Business Administration preferred
