Job description
Join SimCorp, a leading provider of integrated investment management solutions, as a Lead Site Reliability Engineer - Database Management. This role ensures a seamless onboarding experience for clients on SimCorp's SaaS platform, managing and troubleshooting Azure pipelines, aligning client requirements with PaaS capabilities, and driving automation through CI/CD and Infrastructure-as-Code.
Manage and troubleshoot pipelines for client onboarding within the Azure platform, understand Platform-As-A-Service (PaaS) platform and align client requirements to existing features, identify, define and scope new features when necessary, and provide weekend support as needed to ensure platform availability.
This role requires a team player with problem-solving mindset, proactive attitude, and ability to work in fast-paced environments. Experience with Oracle Database architecture, Linux, Shell scripting, and Infrastructure as Code is essential. Nice to have: Snowflake, Azure Cloud knowledge, SQL Server DB administration.
