Job description
Develop, improve, implement, and evaluate integrated systems to create better management, low production costs, and improve product quality. Liaise with Process Engineering, Production, Quality, and Logistic teams to ensure engine volume and quality.
Lead process optimization of engine assembly, coordinate system integration for new models or engineering changes, and ensure tool inventory is updated and maintained.
Good negotiation skills, strategic planning, team orientation, and team player required. At least two years' experience in the Automotive Industry.
