Job description
As a Technician, you will support daily workshop operations and uphold the highest standards in vehicle servicing and maintenance. Assist the foreman in technical, housekeeping, safety, and administrative matters to meet franchise standards for repairs and maintenance.
Perform service and repair work according to manufacturer guidelines, diagnose and repair electrical systems, report parts shortages and technical issues, and troubleshoot issues to support foreman in resolving customer complaints.
Minimum NTC 2 or Nitec in Automotive-related courses, or GCE ‘O’ Level with relevant certifications, at least 3 years of experience in the automotive industry, and experience with electric vehicle service and maintenance is highly desirable.
