PRN Medical Assistant
Graduation from an accredited Medical Assisting program or National Certification, 1-2 years of experience using electronic health records, and at least one year of experience in a private medical office or hospital setting
Physician - Neurology (OUTPATIENT ONLY)
Board certification or eligibility, unrestricted medical license, completion of ACGME accredited residency program
Physician - Rheumatology
Board Certification/Eligibility, Unrestricted medical license, Completion of ACGME accredited residency program
Physician - Pulmonologist
Board Eligible or Certified, ACGME accredited residency program, unrestricted medical license in a US state
Psychologist
PhD or PsyD in clinical psychology, interest in health psychology, rehabilitation psychology, or neuropsychology
Psychologist
Ph.D. or PsyD. in clinical psychology and experience in health psychology, rehabilitation psychology, or neuropsychology
Referrals and Authorizations Specialist
High school diploma, prior experience with electronic medical records, and 1-2 years of experience in a medical office or hospital setting
PRN C-Arm/Fluoroscopy Technologist
High school diploma or equivalent, 1-2 years of experience in a medical or hospital environment, ARR certification is a plus
