Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join a thriving business, assisting the Branch manager in delivering the effective, commercially successful and customer-driven operation of the branch. The Assistant Branch Manager will support the Branch Manager across all aspects of branch performance, stepping in to lead when required.
Requirements
- Previous supervisory or management experience, within the heating and plumbing trade
- Must hold a full, valid driving licence
- A strong customer-focused mindset and the ability to build lasting relationships
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, leadership and organisational skills
- A hands-on, proactive approach to problem solving and decision making
