We are hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to build autonomous AI agents that can execute business work inside our company’s existing tech stack. The role requires experience building agentic systems and connecting agents to real business systems.
Requirements
- Experience building autonomous AI agents or agentic AI systems
- Strong understanding of agent architecture, planning, reasoning, tool use, memory, state tracking, and multi-agent orchestration
- Experience with agentic frameworks such as NemoClaw, OpenClaw, Hermes, or comparable frameworks
- Ability to connect agents to real business systems, including APIs, CRMs, email, documents, databases, and internal tools
- Strong software engineering skills in Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or similar languages
- Experience with guardrails, human approval flows, logging, observability, testing, and reliability controls
