Crop Advisor - North East Indiana

J.R. Simplot Company is seeking a Crop Advisor to serve growers in the North East Indiana region. This role focuses on sales and consultative services, collaborating with other Crop Advisors and the Area Sales Manager to achieve financial goals and expand the customer base. The role requires excellent customer service skills and a self-driven, customer-focused approach.

Requirements

• Promote and live the Simplot brand as the best-in-class Agricultural distributor.
• Maintain customer agronomic records, assist in establishing customer financial records and collaborate with the Area Financial Services Manager.
• Execute market strategies and report sales trends to the Region Manager and Market Manager.
• Maintain operational aspects of the business including delivery, application and billing.
