Job Description
Singtel is seeking a Solutions Manager with expertise in telecommunication solutions, SDWAN, and digital transformation to drive technical solutioning for enterprises clients. The role involves engaging new business opportunities, transforming existing enterprise networks, and designing innovative solutions aligned with customers' transformation journeys.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in telecommunication solutions, SDWAN, and digital transformation
- Strong knowledge of key telecom and ICT solutions such as SASE, SD-WAN platforms, Virtual Network Functions as a Service (VNFaaS), WAN connectivity, SIP, SaaS and Public Cloud access strategies, Wireless and 5G technologies
- Experience in ITIL, IT Service Management, and Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
- CCNA certification required
- Strong customer handling and presentation skills
- Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders across technical and non-technical functions
