Job Description
The Real Estate Analyst will analyze commercial real estate, prepare economic models and reports, and collaborate with various departments to support management decision-making. They will also develop BI solutions using Power BI and Excel, and contribute to the development of internal applications. This role offers a mix of analytical work, collaboration, and professional development.
Requirements
- Successfully completed studies in economics or comparable qualification
- Passion for real estate data, evaluations, and business processes
- Understanding of business-oriented questions
- Very good knowledge of Excel and Power BI
- Quality-conscious team player with analytical problem-solving skills
- Initiative and execution strength
- German C1 or better, English is an advantage
