Test Factory Betting & Digital Services Manager. Lead the QA & Testing organization across the SEA region, defining and executing the overall quality vision, governance framework, and test strategy to support complex technology initiatives.
Requirements
- Define and own the QA & Test Factory strategic roadmap, aligning with enterprise technology goals and business priorities.
- Lead a multi-disciplinary QA organization (onshore and offshore) of ~50+ professionals through direct and indirect management.
- Drive governance, process standardization, and quality KPIs across multiple delivery streams and business units.
- Oversee budgeting, resource planning, and vendor management for QA services and test automation initiatives.
- Partner with senior leadership, CTOs, and delivery heads to embed quality-by-design principles across the software development lifecycle.
- Promote test automation and AI-driven quality practices, identifying tools, frameworks, and innovations that improve efficiency and coverage.
- Lead data-driven decision-making through advanced QA analytics and executive dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, Jira metrics).
- Act as executive point of contact for quality-related topics, risk assessment, and release readiness reviews.
- Mentor and develop senior QA leaders (Associate Managers, Team Leads), fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
