As a Demand Generation Manager at Sitecore, you will drive pipeline growth through strategic, audience-first campaigns. You will lead integrated, full-funnel campaign strategies from planning through execution, working across product marketing, content, SDRs, sales, and digital to create high-impact campaigns that drive measurable results.
Requirements
- 3-5 years in growth, demand generation, or integrated marketing roles at a B2B SaaS or technology company
- Proven experience leading full-funnel campaigns — from strategic planning to execution and reporting
- Deep understanding of how to segment and engage complex audiences across different funnel stages
- Strong cross-functional leadership and project management skills; ability to navigate ambiguity and drive alignment
- Excellent communicator with the ability to craft compelling messaging and clearly articulate campaign impact
- Familiarity with marketing technology tools such as 6sense, Marketo, Salesforce, and/or marketing AI tools
