✍️ Full Description
Siteline is a Series A SaaS startup in the construction billing space, looking for a Sales Development Representative to help modernize finance for construction. The SDR will work closely with trade contractors to develop winning strategies and convert them into opportunities. The role is remote-based with a small in-person office in San Francisco.

Requirements

  • 1 Year of experience in prior SDR or BDR role with a track record of exceeding quota
  • Highly motivated, results-driven, competitive, resilient, and fearless
  • Great phone communicator with strong listening skills, confidence, and genuine curiosity to understand the prospect pain/challenges
  • Collaborative team player with an optimistic demeanor and who enjoys friendly competition, motivating their team mates and contributing in internal conversations
