Branch Manager I

We are seeking a Branch Manager I to lead our Sherman, TX branch in providing high-quality heavy machinery and equipment solutions to industries that build and move the world. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading an efficient and customer-focused branch operation, providing a world-class customer experience through active sales leadership, proactive and effective fleet management, and a safety-focused culture.

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in roles with increasing responsibility
• 2+ years' successful experience supervising a branch or profit center with Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibility
• 2+ years' experience leading in a multi-unit work environment
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
