Job Description
The Solution Architect on the Implementations team will work with customers to gather requirements and design solutions for complex business processes. This role involves close collaboration with customers, driving quality of implementations, and gaining in-depth exposure to Salesforce. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, creative, and collaborative.
Requirements
- Lead implementations with enterprise-level customers.
- Gather requirements from customers.
- Identify areas of implementation process improvements.
- Configure/develop Salesforce in a client facing environment.
- Read customer data and build reports/dashboards.
