Asset Based Finance Transaction Management Vice President

Sixth Street is seeking a dynamic Transaction Manager to join its expanding Asset Based Finance team. The role involves structuring and managing transactions, focusing on asset-backed financing, securitizations, and platform investments across various asset classes.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal, analytical and writing skills
• Superior academic credentials
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Experience in financings, securitization and capital markets transactions
• Strong understanding of legal and regulatory policy issues affecting securities and ABS, MBS, and CMBS markets
• Creativity and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and membership in good standing in a state Bar with a minimum of 4 years of experience
