Requirements

• Experience in business architecture, operating model design, strategy or enterprise transformation roles
• Defining capabilities, value streams and high-level process architecture (L1–L3)
• Working across process, data, technology and people to design joined-up change
• Acting in a design authority or architectural review capacity
• Working with senior leaders on strategic and operational decision-making
