Requirements
- Manage client and building users expectations and to aim for consistently high levels of customer satisfaction
- Manage client relationship on a daily basis
- Take full ownership of the CAFM system for the site, ensure all reactive & planned tasks are completed within SLA’s required
- Ensure all quotes are managed within SLA’s
- Coordinate and take responsibility for all planned and reactive maintenance for all equipment, plant, services, and system
- Manage additional capital works
- Arrange sub-contractor attendance and provide detailed quotations, supervise work, and carry out quality control and final sign off
- Responsible for managing the company’s quality procedures on site
