Site Supervisor

Skanska is looking for an Engineering Supervisor to join their Commercial Property Maintenance team in London. The role involves ensuring operational delivery performance meets contract obligations, managing client relationships, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• NVQ level or higher in an engineering discipline
• Electrical experience (17th/18th Edition) — LV/AP advantage
• Mechanical experience — advantage
• Experience in FM service delivery
• Strong knowledge of H&S legislation (including COSHH)
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
• Proven ability to manage workloads and deliver projects on time/budget
