Scientist Lubrication - (NL-SE-DE)

We are looking for a Scientist Lubrication to join our Research & Technology Development team at SKF B.V. Netherlands. As a senior role in the team, you will lead and support R&D projects focused on lubrication, Grease Life modeling, lubricant, and material selection.

Requirements

• PhD in mechanical engineering or physics/chemical engineering
• 10+ years of relevant experience in bearing lubrication and modeling
• Broad and advanced knowledge on grease lubrication and various modeling techniques
• Proven stakeholder management and leadership
• Experience in lubricant selection for bearings, specifications, and tribology
• Proven ability to drive full value chain from customers technology needs to R&D and vice versa
• Enthusiastic attitude, initiative-taking, and pro-active personality
• Advanced communication skills and fluent in English
