Job Description
We are seeking a senior project manager/project leader with extensive experience in the field and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. Asplan Viak has a multidisciplinary planning and project management environment with approximately 1200 employees. We work with both public and private customers in various phases of project development, from feasibility studies to construction.
Requirements
- Project management
- Project management of interdisciplinary projects
- Construction management / Owner's representative
- SHA Coordinator
- Engineer / civil engineer / architect
- Very good communication skills in Norwegian, both spoken and written
- Experience from construction and/or infrastructure projects
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations (e.g. LOA/FOA, PBL/TEK, AML/BHF)
- Knowledge of standard contracts (e.g. NS8401, NS8402, NS8405, NS8407)
- Knowledge of BIM
