Requirements

• 7–9+ years of experience in executive support roles
• Proven ability to organize and manage large-scale events, meetings, or conferences
• Experience handling highly private or confidential information
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A proven track record of identifying challenges and proactively resolving them to enhance operational efficiency
• A strong attention to detail, especially when handling sensitive tasks like travel coordination, document preparation, and correspondence
• Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
• Ability to manage stressful situations and conflicts in a diplomatic and professional manner
