Senior Full Stack Engineer (Node / Typescript / React)

Role Overview

Join the team behind our core commerce and clinical journey, working on the ecom stack, consultation engine, patient and prescription systems, and order generation. This is a full-stack role, owning features end-to-end across the system in our Node / TypeScript / React stack.

What You Will Do

Own features end-to-end, scale what's working, and lift the team by writing clean, well-tested code and honest reviews.

We're looking for strong, recent, hands-on full-stack experience, engineering judgement, and shipped impact. You should be comfortable working with Node.js, TypeScript, and React, and have a strong understanding of relational databases and AWS.

Requirements

• Strong, recent, hands-on full-stack experience
• Engineering judgement: clean code, clear API design, sound data modelling
• Shipped impact: features you owned and shipped that moved something real for customers or the business
• Roughly 6+ years building software in production
