Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in administration, engineering, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent is an asset.
- At least 10 years of experience in leadership roles responsible for strategies, operations, or continuous improvement, preferably in the aviation or related sectors.
- Proven track record in deploying continuous improvement methodologies and achieving measurable results.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Exceptional communication and relationship management skills.
