Equipment Engineering Tech 6

Skyworks is looking for a hands-on technician to join our Newbury Park Equipment Engineering Team supporting the Fab and Final Process areas. The role involves dismantling, adjusting, repairing, and assembling equipment, performing preventive and routine maintenance, and working on complex assignments.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Electronics Technology (or similar discipline), or a HS diploma with equivalent years of experience
• Minimum of 6 years' experience in a production and/or faced pace environment
• Experience with common hand tools as well as various electronic instruments
• Ability to lift heavy objects, such as pumps during removal and installation
• Must pass respiratory protection medical surveillance examination
• Must have in depth knowledge, understanding, and support of manufacturing process
• Must be a self-starter and be able to work with minimal supervision
