Smarsh is seeking a Partner Enablement Manager to build partner capability at scale, designing and executing structured enablement programs to drive partner productivity and revenue impact. The ideal candidate will have 5-8+ years of experience in partner enablement, sales enablement, or channel programs, with a strong background in program building, content development, and stakeholder management.
