Job Description
This Associate Consultant role involves supporting Senior Consultants with project delivery, providing second-level technical support to Smart IQ customers, managing recurring services, and contributing to knowledge management. The role requires a team player with strong communication and problem-solving skills, focusing on proactive engagement with customers and technical documentation. Requirements
- NV1 / Baseline or ability to obtain.
- Firm understanding of software solution design and architecture.
- Certification and/or experience in Microsoft technologies.
- Excellent communication and technical skills.
- BA/BS degree or relevant experience.
