Requirements
- Completed hands-on training in carpentry (electrician, gas/water installer, or carpenter, etc.)
- Experience as a technician
- Reliability and independence
- Organizational skills and multitasking ability
- Excellent communication skills, especially German and English
- Safe handling of MS-Office software
- Good work ethic
- Maintenance and upkeep of smartments business property
