Job Description
The Business Analyst will identify new opportunities and business models for the Group, create a database for internal portfolio, and manage transaction deal flow. The role requires excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as experience in the real estate industry and with MS Office and CRM systems.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in real estate industry, preferably from IPC
- Demonstrated experience using MS Office (excellent Excel skills) and CRM systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, including exceptional presentation skills
- PG/Master’s Degree (MBA, NICMAR (RE Specialization preferred)
