As IT-Specialist and Support Innovator, you will provide competent on-site and remote support for questions about hardware, software, account management, and connectivity, and develop innovative solutions to improve our digital workspaces.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills in German and English

• Strategic and innovative thinking with a focus on the big picture
• Self-motivation and the ability to drive projects forward independently
• Experience in documenting technical processes and solutions
• Team player mentality with strong networking skills
• In-depth technical knowledge of modern applications such as Google Workspace, Workspace ONE MDM, Okta, Slack, Notion, Miro, etc.
