Functional Analyst / Business Analyst Odoo

Role Overview

Your role will be central in bridging the gap between complex functional needs of users and the power of the Odoo tool.

What You Will Do

As a Business Analyst Odoo, you will animate workshops to collect needs and write detailed functional specifications. You will parameterize and deploy targeted modules while ensuring the overall coherence of the solution (ERP). You will accompany change through user training and post-deployment support to ensure maximum impact on client performance.

Requirements

• 5 years or more of experience in business analysis on the Odoo ecosystem
• In-depth mastery of business processes (Finance, Supply Chain or HR)
• Significant experience in a consulting firm or with an open-source solution integrator
• Ability to challenge business needs to propose standardized and lasting solutions
