Job Description
The Project Manager plays an integral role to support and assist the project team in all coordination aspects of the construction of projects.
Requirements
- Leadership, Conflict Resolution, Mediation, and Problem-Solving Skills
- Exceptional Communication (written and verbal) skills
- High Performance Team Management / Training
- Planning and Execution Management
- Coaching and Mentoring skills
- LEED, Passive House, or QA/QC would be of benefit
- Contract Law, Lien Regulations, and Insurance & Bonding
