Job Description
Caregivers must have the ability to nurture and care for our youngest guests by meeting their physical and emotional needs in a licensed group setting.
Requirements
- Play with children
- Feed children
- Diaper and toilet children
- Communicate with parents
- Possess or obtain one of the following: CDA, CCP, Associates Degree in Early Childhood or Human/Child Development, or one year of experience with young children and one higher education course completed
- Complete orientation training
- Complete at least six hours of professional development coursework per year
- Provide 3 positive written references and a written work history
- Undergo a state background check
