Instrumentation & Controls Engineer II

We are seeking an experienced Instrumentation & Controls Engineer II to join our growing team in Bothell, WA. The ideal candidate will have an I&C background and experience with plant design software to produce design documentation in a fast-track project execution environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Two to eight years of power plant, industrial, operations and/or construction engineering experience
• Control system engineering experience with Distributed Control System (DCS) and/or Programmable Logic Control (PLC)
• Experience with I&C related design software packages
• Basic understanding of thermal cycles and process and/or I&C equipment used in power plants
• Familiarity with codes associated with the I&C discipline (NEC, ASME, NFPA, ISA, etc.)
• Proficient in computer software applications such as Microsoft Office
• Previous experience with plant design software such as SmartPlant Instrumentation and AutoCAD software packages
