Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a Operations Supervisor for our project based in Mentone, Texas. The Operations Supervisor will supervise field service technicians, field/shop personnel, and area clerk/secretarial personnel, and will be responsible for tasks such as generating performance appraisals, resolving conflicts, and ensuring compliance with company standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years in a mechanic-related position required
• Prefer supervisory experience in the Oil & Gas Industry
• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be reliable, dependable, and able to work long hours if required
• Must be able to travel whenever necessary
• Must work well in a team-oriented environment
• Thorough understanding of mechanical aspects of reciprocating and rotary screw natural gas compressors
• Understanding of ancillary compression and gas production related equipment
• Interpersonal skills necessary to perform supervisory function and the ability to interact appropriately with customers
• Ability to communicate both written and verbal
• Must have a thorough understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, and proven ability to quickly learn, utilize and comprehend other software
• Must be able to learn and become proficient in Microsoft D 365
• Must have and maintain an acceptable driving record in the line with requirements
• Must be able to pass all DOT drug-related testing
