Plant Controller (m/w/d)

We are seeking a Plant Controller to join our team in Köln/Cologne, DE. The successful candidate will be responsible for controlling and reporting factory performance, planning and analyzing financial results, and supporting local management in decision-making processes.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional experience in controlling, ideally in an international industrial company
• Customer- and team-oriented working style with advanced business partnering skills
• Excellent communication and social skills
• High organizational skills, accuracy, and flexibility
• Safe handling of MS Office, particularly Excel
• Experience with SAP is an advantage
• Negotiation-secure German and English skills
• Travel readiness
