Senior Software Engineer - Observe by Snowflake, AI Products

At Snowflake, we are hiring a Software Engineer, AI Products for our AI Platform team at Observe by Snowflake. This role involves building AI-powered products and developer tooling at the core of Observe's platform, including our flagship AI SRE product and real-time Slack integrations. You will own features end-to-end and work on highly visible, customer-facing AI products as well as internal tooling that impacts how the broader engineering team operates.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in TypeScript
• Experience building full-stack web applications
• Experience with server-side Node.js frameworks such as Express.js, Hono, or similar
• Experience building or working with agentic AI systems and tool-use patterns
• Experience implementing MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers over HTTP
• Experience building agent-first CLI systems using Node.js or Bun
• A product mindset, you care as much about the user experience as the implementation details
• The ability to move quickly in a fast-moving codebase without sacrificing quality or maintainability
