snuggs is on an exciting journey 🚀. As a Creative & Marketing Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in driving our growth through high-performing creatives, from ideation to execution. You will create scroll-stopping ad concepts, produce a high volume of static and video ads for Meta and TikTok, and continuously iterate based on performance insights.

Requirements

• Out-of-the-box thinking and a strong creative instinct for what stops the scroll
• Highly enthusiastic about AI tools, actively exploring and staying up-to-date with new technologies
• Capable of delivering a large volume of ads quickly without losing quality
• Proactive, resourceful, and execution-driven
• Fluent in Czech and English
