Job Description
Socket is seeking a Sales Engineer, EMEA to lead technical discussions and product demonstrations tailored to prospect needs, drive both deal closure and long-term customer outcomes, and own the success and growth of assigned European enterprise accounts.
Requirements
- 5+ years in pre-sales technical roles
- 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or post-sale technical roles
- Prior experience in security, developer tools, or SaaS environments
- Hands-on technical background: prior software engineering, data science, or equivalent role
- Deep familiarity with package managers and programming ecosystems
- Understanding of software supply chain security and vulnerability management concepts
- Ability to read/write basic scripts in Python, JS, or Go
- Knowledge of source control systems
- RESTful API and integration experience
