We are looking for a Principal Adoption & Change Management Consultant to grow the AI & Workforce Consulting team. The role requires strong business acumen, technology and change management knowledge, and a principled approach to digital transformation challenges and opportunities.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree required (business or technology preferred)
- Certifications in User Adoption & Change Management, Organizational Change Management, Project/Program Management, or other related IT or management consulting disciplines are considered valuable
- Practical experience (15+ years) in business advisory and/or consulting within IT
- Demonstrated practical experience for a minimum of 10 years, providing advisory services in the fields of User Adoption and Organizational Change Management, Business Consulting, and technical advisory
- C-Suite Presence: A proven track record of gaining 'trusted advisor' status with executive-level management (CIO/CTO/CEO)
- Commercial Acumen: Demonstrated success in meeting revenue or influenced-sales targets within a professional services environment
