Job Description
User Experience UX/UI Specialist - Proficient - Must have: Degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Systems Engineering, Visual Communication, Cognitive Psychology, or related fields, Master's degree or certification in UX, usability, or digital experience (desired), Minimum 5 years of experience in digital interface design and user-system interaction, Participation in at least 2 UX projects with user research, wireframes, prototypes, and usability testing, Experience in projects with external users (citizens or final clients) - Conduct user research to identify needs and behaviors, Design interactive wireframes and prototypes, Plan and execute usability testing, Analyze findings and propose user-centered improvements, Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in digital experience projects
Requirements
